I've just built a railcraft High Pressure Steam Boiler, receiving fuel from a oil refinery + pump setup powered with RF. The steam generated is then converted to RF with a MFR Steam Turbine. However, I end up having about 200 RF/T less than when I didn't do anything. I found that the refinery is consuming way too much energy.
